The main living area is ideal for family time, while a second living space provides extra room for games, movies, or quiet moments to unwind. A large 75-inch television makes movie nights or catching the big game easy after a full day outdoors.Step outside and the experience truly begins. Guests can cool off in the private pool, take a short walk to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or gather around the fire pit for s’mores under the stars.
The home also offers beautiful views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Pamlico Sound, making it easy to catch breathtaking sunrises and sunsets without leaving the property.In addition to the private pool, guests also have access to a community pool and tennis court, offering even more space for recreation and relaxation during your stay.

Minimum Stay Requirements
Minimum stay requirements vary by season.
During the off-season, the property requires a minimum stay of two (2) nights.
During the peak summer season, reservations operate on a Saturday to Saturday schedule to accommodate weekly beach rentals and cleaning schedules.
Included in Your Stay
Your reservation includes access to the home and its available amenities, including the outdoor living areas and fire pit.
Please note that some amenities may be seasonal or weather dependent.
Pool & Hot Tub Availability
The pool and hot tub are seasonal amenities and may not be available during certain times of the year due to weather conditions, maintenance, or local regulations.
Availability of these amenities may vary depending on the season.
Pool Heating
Pool heating is available upon request during eligible seasons for an additional fee of $600 per stay.
Guests wishing to have the pool heated should request this option prior to arrival to allow adequate time for heating.
